I sincerely hope you haven't been deceived into thinking that real foods that help you lose weight taste bad.True weight loss foods are nutritious and delicious—your body was designed to eat a lot of them to lose weight and improve your health.
Some of my favorite foods to help you lose weight are listed below.
1)Blueberries
I adore blueberries and especially enjoy encouraging my clients to eat them frequently to aid in weight loss because they are the ideal food for weight loss.
They have few calories, a lot of phytonutrients and vitamins, and a lot of fiber per serving.
You can eat them on their own, mix them into a refreshing fruit cocktail, or make a smoothie like I did.
You could also sprinkle them on top of oatmeal or granola or add them to yogurt (don't buy yogurt with fruit already added).
Blueberries alone are making my mouth water!
2)Almonds
You've probably heard that almonds are a great food for losing weight before, and that's because they are.
They have a lot of protein, good fats, and fiber, which are all great for losing weight!
They also contain a lot of phytonutrients, which boosts the health of this tiny food that helps you lose weight exponentially.
Keep in mind that "any almond is a good almond" is not true and that you should only consume plain almonds.Almonds that have been smoked, heavily salted, or otherwise altered are transformed from a healthy food that helps you lose weight into a food that makes you fat.Never do that!
Because it has a lot of calories, you should be careful about how much you eat, especially if you're just having it as a snack.
3)Pineapple
is a low-calorie, extremely sweet fruit. Because it's packed with water, you probably won't be able to eat much in one sitting, which is another reason why it works so well for losing weight.
Pineapple actually serves as a "prevention" food for me.That is to say, I use it to keep myself from consuming unhealthy foods that could make me gain weight rather than lose it.When I'm tempted to eat a snack with a lot of calories, I usually reach for some pineapple first, which usually makes me feel less hungry so I don't eat the junk.
Additionally, pineapple contains a digestive enzyme that aids in the digestion of food in the intestines.
The fact that these three foods are suggested by
simple enough for the whole family to enjoy is a great feature. I've always insisted that long-term weight loss is simple if the family can eat well.Get your spouse and children to eat like you do, and watch your family's health improve! Your children might not like the broccoli, but if you give them hummus to dip it in, they'll learn to like it.
